During that time, I have instructed more than 10,000 classes. If you count training in the construction and industrial settings, delivering speeches at annual conferences, conventions, and speaking at multiple churches over those 38 years, I’ve been in front of around 300,000 people.

HAZMAT Responding
Sure, I am well versed in all the basic safety topics. LOTO Authorized, HAZCOM, EAPs, Machine Safety, Portable Fire Extinguisher, and all the rest. But did you know that I am a hazardous materials specialist and instructor? I have helped many workers learn how to respond safely to hazardous materials releases.
I have a fantastic track record for teaching the Awareness level, Operations level, and Technician level responders. Teaching to a point that the worker totally understands their responsibilities and can accomplish them safely.
I’ve instructed just shy of 100 Operations or Technician level Responder classes. Many HAZWOPER Site Worker 40-hour classes also. Enumerable annual refreshers for all of these.
RCRA Hazardous Waste
Do your employees deal with satellite drums and hazardous waste? My reputation for helping workers understand their duties under the RCRA rules is impeccable.
DOT
Do you ship hazardous materials? When you realize my accomplishments of helping workers understand their responsibilities for shipping HAZMAT, you will want me to be there, in the training setting, helping your workers, as many employers have.
CSE/R
What about Confined Spaces? My CSE/R training is second to none. I will put my ability to cause your workers to completely understand how to enter confined spaces safely up against any instruction they’ve ever had. And they will be able to enter and exit safely every time!
OSHA Outreach
I also carry the authority to conduct OSHA outreach training. I received my certification to instruct in 2002. I have instructed many OSHA 10- and 30-hour classes. That would be General Industry and Construction.
It’s simply a fact:
My ability to communicate with your employees cannot be overstated. I incorporate proper instruction with real life experiences, easy to understand illustrations, and a gift for storytelling so the attendees can completely understand and more importantly remember “What to do next” every time.
One more thing: I have set a *world’s record while bass fishing. Just try and find an instructor that can top that!
Fall Protection/Prevention
Depending on your needs, this can be a minimal class, 2 to 4 or possibly 8 hours. It simply depends on your needs. I even have conducted a 16-hour class a few times when contractors were on a USACE job building or repainting a bridge. I have also conducted a 16-hour class for some workers who were repainting the inside of a huge dam!
Trenching Competent Person
I have worked with several city utilities helping their workers understand the dangers of working in excavations and how to accomplish their work safely.
